It seems NBC didn’t secure the rights to use a handful of Font Bureau’s trademarked typefaces. Font Bureau argues that NBC only paid for a single license—which would only permit the company to install the typefaces on a single computer - and only paid to use a limited number of fonts.

I love vintage/classic circus graphic design and style. I love all the typography, the colors, the costumes. Its so kitchy and stimulating to me. Large striped tents, diamond patterns, yellows and reds, and lovely little glittered costumes…fabulous.

WJFK was there for me after high school, when I went to community college, and after that when I wasn’t working at all. It was there when I moved, it was there when I got a job, there during my job, there when I lost my job. That station was there for me for most of my life…14 years.
